Clean hotel in a traditional building

Short walk to Palm Springs and the desert. Well-manicured gardens with many places to enjoy the sun

Carlos at the pool grill was great! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly

We loved the property but were extremely disappointed to find several large spider webs in our room (with small spiders visible). Where there's baby spiders there is bound to be a momma spider, not ok. We did call front desk and asked to be moved rooms and it took roughly 3 to 3 1/2 hours to get a new room. The pool also seemed a bit muggy and not exactly clean. Even the following morning at 8am the water was still cloudy.

Tidy and updated room overlooking mountain. Marvellous and beautiful location - really close to Indian Wells Golf Course. Also, in an area where it's is designated to be quiet. Fine check-in, parking on site. Great parking, shuttle to the golf course.

The location of the Miramonte Resort & Spa is excellent and beautiful, with easy access to the front area and nearby Palm Springs. the rooms are tastefully decorated, brand-new, and feature spacious bathrooms.

The Korres toiletries...

They already included 20% tip for the spa personnel and by doing that the resort shifts the appreciation of the service from the customer into their hands. Therefore, mediocrity of service is encouraged. I taught that tip was discretionary and a reflection of the service received...so, that was a spoiler for me and I could tell that the services that I have received there before the new policy was in effect (many years ago) were of a much greater quality. I went there for the spa but I will not do that in the future... I could have stayed at Ritz with the same amount of money...

Pool, Staff, Room - everything was amazing! They served us drinks from inside the pool :) def coming back!

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the golf course, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Indian Wells, CA. The professional staff made a good impression. The swimming pool was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic.

The landscape was very pretty. Most the employees we encountered were very nice, for the most part.

The VERY limited amount of space around the pool area. Also, the fact that guests can lay claim to pool-area lounge chairs without actually occupying the chairs for hours! By 8:30 in the morning for the two days we were there, ALL of the chairs were "claimed" with magazines, towels. or sunscreeen, although these chairs were vacant of humans for hours! We witnessed a pretty big argument occur because of this! The management made a man and his pregnant wife leave the lounge chairs that were left vacant by two men who had been gone for over an hour. Considering the "resort fee" was pretty high, and considering that many could not even use the pool area, not good!The day spa would have been nice too, but again, too little space for the amount of guests.We spent quite a bit of money, and were disappointed. We will not go back.

The grounds are beautiful, comfortable rooms, easy parking and overall a great value. Not all but most at the front desk are slow and don't really seem to know what they're doing, except for Terra--she's great! I will return!

Slow front desk service and didn't seem to know what's going on. Very slow service at the restaurant service as well.

The location here is great and not too far from Eisenhower Walk of Honor; the staff is super friendly and accommodating, and I booked a room with lovely mountain views.

Nice pool area and public spaces

The outdoor coradores could use a little attention. They are not as well maintained as the rest of the resort.

Loved the location, pools, gym - beautiful grounds and friendly staff. We were there for Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and the hotel was very convenient for this.

The housekeepers were a little slow and had to request bath robes twice and request amenity items which weren't in the room but we got everything in the end. The rooms were a little tired but comfortable and clean - great beds. We asked for a quiet main floor room way from traffic which they gave us. Sadly we had noisy toddlers and a very noisy dog right next door. I will never understand why people think it's ok to let their children scream at the top of their little lungs at 7 am. I wasn't sure whether to get a muzzle for the dog or the kids! This was not the fault of the hotel and we did not bother to complain as the hotel was full so there weren't a lot of choices for switching rooms.

The rooms here are tidy, modern, and include storage space, a writing desk, and an iron.

It was in a great location with easy parking/in and out. The grounds were really nice and the bar area was very comfortable.

the rooms themselves were upgraded and nice, but some of the hallways and staircases were a little worn.

Location close to El Paseo

Resort is a wonderful on the outside, however the rooms are in need of an upgrade. There was also issues with the billing, where I found several errors in my bill.
